Q1. How can I help?
A. There are plenty of things you can do to help yourself and others during periods of severe weather, please read the self help fact sheet on our website. The government have also published a guide to self help

Q2. Do you employ other contractors and farmers to help?
A. Yes we do, but contractors and farmers must be employed by our highways contractor in advance of undertaking any work. If contractors and farmers work on the road and come to us afterwards for payment, it will be considered that they have carried out that work on a voluntary basis.
Q3. I am a contractor/farmer and I am willing to carry out snow clearance work for you.
