Cycle Training in Devon
If you live in Exeter/Exe estuary area, there are a team of professional cycle instructors currently delivering free/subsidised training to those who live, work or study in and around the city. This is possible due to Devon County Council and Exeter City Council bidding and winning government funding. This project is known as Cycle Exeter. The conditions are that this funding is used to promote cycling within Exeter. Bikeability is the new National Standard for cycle training replacing the Cycle Proficiency Test.
If you live outside of Exeter/Exe estuary, the current cycle training options are outlined below.
