Be Bright Be Seen!

Most drivers will recollect incidences where pedestrians have suddenly loomed from the dark .

Whether you are walking or cycling this Winter, bright, easily seen clothing is a must !!

Fluorescent clothes show up best by day, especially in dull or misty weather, but fluorescent clothing does not work after dark. REFLECTIVE MATERIAL DOES.

Wearing clothing which contains fluorescent and reflective material is by far the best combination because it will keep you visible regardless of weather or light conditions.

When cycling at night or in bad weather (i.e. fog or rain) BY LAW, and for your own safety you will require a white front light and a red rear light as well as the red rear reflector. REMEMBER to check that your lights work before leaving home and wear a cycle helmet.
