Exeter Travel to Work Tally

The Exeter Travel to Work Tally is a survey conducted annually to collect information on the travel habits of the employees in the City. The survey is carried out for the Department for Transport and is a requirement to receive funding for some specific local transport schemes. The information gathered also helps to advise transport planning work and will help us to make a difference where we can by improving travel in the local area and making journeys to work easier.

The travel tally has been carried out for the past four years and last year almost 7,000 people took part, from over 380 businesses.

When?

We want everyone working in the city regardless of where they live and how they travel, to complete the quick survey which will be available here online from the 4th - 22nd October 2010. Please help us to continue monitoring travel patterns by supporting the survey.

The travel tally is an exciting opportunity to get involved in improving travel options that have a direct impact on all our daily lives.
