Most post 16 students who wish to attend North Devon College, Bideford Community College or Ilfracombe Community College will be able to buy a Smartcard if they are:

• Aged over 16 years
• Attending either North Devon College, Bideford Community College or Ilfracombe Community College
• Live more than three miles from their designated college
• Attending college for two or more days per week
• Attending a day time course
