Excess Charge Notices (ECNs) are issued to drivers who leave their vehicles in a parking space on the road for longer than the period for which payment was made at the time of leaving the vehicle.

Excess charges are reduced if paid early. Refer to your ECN for details on the number of days you have to pay the fine before the amount increases.
