East of Exeter Transport Infrastructure
Devon County Council is promoting improvements at Junction 29 of the M5 with the A30 and bus priority measures along sections of the C832 (old A30). These are part of the infrastructure required to support the proposed developments to the East of Exeter.
In June 2009 the Highways Agency published draft Orders under the Highways Act for the M5 Junction 29 element of the proposals. Devon County Council held a public exhibition of the proposals in July 2009. The exhibition panels are available through this page together with the Non Technical Summary of the Environmental Statement.
