National Bike Week 2008 is here!

To celebrate Bike Week 2008, we are offering FREE half day bike hire from Sat 14th to Sunday 22nd of June. Quote “Bike Week offer” when booking from Saddles & Paddles (01392) 424241 or Cyclelife (01392) 277755. (Bikes must be booked in advance for Cycle Sunday.)

We are using National Bike Week to promote the Stop at Red campaign, which aims to:

• To encourage cyclists to show courtesy towards other road users and pedestrians.
• To encourage greater compliance with the laws of the road.

Monday 16th June, 9am - 5pm Cycle Exeter promotion outside WHSmith’s in Exeter’s Guildhall Centre - free cycling information, free Dr. Bike and free Police security marking ... plus a free cycling lucky dip!!

Friday 20th June, 8.30am - 4pm Ashfords cycling celebration! Open for anyone working on the Sowton Industrial Estate & Exeter Business Park, Ashfords Solicitors on Grenadier Road are kindly hosting a range of cycling activities, including a free Dr Bike service, free police security marking, cycling information stand and a fun cycle obstacle course!

Sunday 22nd June, 10am - 5pm Cycle Sunday! A celebration of cycling for everyone at Flowerpot Playing Fields near Millers Crossing in Exeter. Join our six or twelve mile charity rides for Force Cancer Charity or watch mountain bike, BMX & unicycle displays, try out wacky bikes with the Cycling Circus or enjoy fun nature rides with Exeter Wildlife Watch.
