Champion the interests of those who are disadvantaged and discriminated against and empower communities and individual citizens, including the most vulnerable and hard to reach groups, to play a part in shaping services. Through the Health and Wellbeing Partnership embed service user and carer engagement in commissioning, policy/service development, audits, recruitment, workforce planning and development through negotiating multi agency infrastructure investment to facilitate the their involvement Working with other partners to create a framework and approach in relation to Local Implementation Networks (LINks). |
