- Appendix
This Business Plan explains how the Adult & Community Services Directorate (A&CSD) will fulfil its purpose over the next year in the context of Devon County Council’s strategic priorities. Its primary focus is on what needs to be done to practically transform and deliver services during 2007/08.
The plan deliberately concentrates on actions that are new or necessary to improve performance so its scope does not cover all ongoing core business. The bulk of the plan is built around the seven outcomes set out in the white paper “Our health, our care, our say”, the key national policy driver for social care.
The primary audience for this document are elected members, staff and partner organisations. Other versions will be produced for users and carers.
