Quality Assessment Framework
The Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) introduces consistent minimum standards for quality into the supported housing sector.
Providers are required to reach a minimum standard of level C (or QAF Lite if this is applicable) in all the Core Service Objectives by the time of their first review. The QAF Core and Supplementary Objectives are a vehicle for ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of housing related support provided by SP funded services.
One QAF workbook should be completed annually by all Devon SP providers and submitted by 1st October to devonsp@devon.gov.uk

The QAF Revised workbook was released in April 2009.

Devon SP accepts both workbooks. If you choose to complete the revised version then please submit just the scoring sheet.
