In 2007 CLG introduced a new outcomes monitoring framework for Supporting People (SP) short and long term services to enable providers to evidence outcomes achieved for each individual service user.

Outcome forms should be completed electronically and sent to the Joint Council for Scottish Housing Research (JCSHR) who will collate and publish the data.  The forms are available via:  https://www.spclientrecord.org.uk/login.cfm

Short term services must complete an outcome form for every client who departs their service.  Long-term services must only provide a sample.
