These groups steer the development & co-ordination of housing related support services that fall within Devon Supporting People Homelessness, Mental Health, Learning Disability, Older Person and Physical & Sensory Disability sectors. Their aim is to maintain and develop co-operation between all relevant agencies to develop and improve the range of resources available to vulnerable people.
