ITT Drop-in Events - September 2011 |

| Three ‘ITT Drop-in Events’ have been arranged for those Providers wanting an opportunity to have a one-to-one run through of the Tender pack in more detail. We anticipate these events being attended by those responsible for completing the Tender response. |

| Please register with Philippa Braund to book a place at the events. The deadline for requesting a place is 5pm on Thursday 8th September. Bookings will be accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Please note that the presentations and questions and answers arising from these sessions will be collated and published to all Providers. |

Joint Strategic Commissioning and Purchasing & Procurement PEN Subgroup - 15th July 2011 |

On the 15th July 2011 Devon County Council has presented its proposal (see presentation below) for the Personal Care and Community Based Support Framework Agreement. We are, therefore offering providers within this procurement process (N. B. this means providers who have passed the pre-qualification stage of the tender stage) the opportunity to give us their views on the proposal. All comments should be sent to Framework by 12 noon Wednesday 20th July 2011. In tandem to this information being released there is an additional Joint Commissioning and Procurement Sub group meeting on 15th July 2011. Due to the volume of providers within this tender meeting, this is a small focus group of providers to discuss the proposed call off procedure. The full minutes of the meeting will be posted to the website as soon as possible to ensure transparency and fairness in this process. |
