Quality Assessment Framework
The Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) introduces consistent minimum standards for quality into the supported housing sector.
Providers are required to reach a minimum standard of level C (or QAF Lite if this is applicable) in all the Core Service Objectives by the time of their first review. The QAF Core and Supplementary Objectives are a vehicle for ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of housing related support.
One QAF workbook should be completed annually by providers and submitted by 1st October to devonsp@devon.gov.uk
The QAF Revised workbook was released in April 2009.

Both workbooks are accepted. If you choose to complete the revised version then please submit just the scoring sheet.
