To develop a domiciliary care service providing for personal care needs together with a more sophisticated service where individuals with complex needs are supported within their family or home environment to achieve their maximum independence.

Shaw’s philosophy is to care and support those people who are unable to care for themselves at home without help.  To promote and prolong independent living, involving users and relatives in developing, implementing and reviewing care packages and support plans.
