SAB – Serious Case Reviews
Introduction:
Serious Case Reviews are carried out on behalf of Devon Safeguarding Adults Board. They are a way for all partner agencies to identify the lessons that can be learned from particularly complex or difficult Safeguarding Adults cases and to implement changes to improve services in the light of these lessons.
