We would also like to sincerely thank all those who responded to the consultation for their time, effort and useful contributions, the majority of which have been included in the final document. All contributions were given due consideration, however it should be noted that a small number of views and suggestions have not been included at this point as being outside the scope of the Code of Practice and more appropriate to the practice guidance and training programme.
