Devon Carers Link is a Devon County Council funded service managed by Carers+, a consortium of Exeter CVS, East Devon VSA and Westbank.

Delivery of the project is also supported by South Devon Carers Consortium and Unite Mid Devon.

Carers provide unpaid support for family, partners or friends who need help because they are ill, frail or have a disability.
