Course Fees
The fees stated in this Course Listing include all tuition, venue and examination fees.
Please note: there may be additional material costs. You will be advised at the first session by your tutor what you will need, where to purchase and how much you can expect to pay.
Payment for course fees should be made at the time of enrolment.
Some of our courses fill up quickly so please make sure you enrol as early as possible and before the start of the course.
Learner Eligibility
To enrol on one of our courses you must meet the following criteria;
- You must have been ordinarily resident in the EU/UK for the last three years, and
- For courses marked with an X you must be aged 16 years or more on 31st August 2011
- For all other courses you must be aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2011
If you do not meet the above criteria, or have any queries, please contact your local centre.
Reduced Fees
Concessions for courses may be available if:
- you are 16-18 years of age (on 31st August 2011)
- you are unemployed and in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
- you are unemployed and in receipt of Employment & Support Allowance Work Related Activity Group (ESA WRAG)
- you do not have any prior qualifications or your highest qualification is at Level 1 or below (guidance on qualification levels can be found on Qualification Levels table below)
Please Note: Concessions only apply to courses where the course code ends in an X or FS.
Acceptable evidence MUST be submitted to the centre, within 7 days of the booking being made.
Failure to provide evidence will mean payment of full course fees.

If the highest qualification that you hold is listed below then you are entitled to a fee concession;

Financial Support
If you are claiming a Fee Concession you may also be eligible for help with the following:
- Childcare costs (Ofsted registered provider)
- Travel costs
- Course equipment
- Examination fees
- Care costs for a dependant
Funds are limited and will be granted on a first come, first served basis. Applications can be made at your local centre.
