Pubs

- Devon Pub Guide A database provided by pub explorer - each pub has a listing showing its accessibility.
Pampering Weekends
- Calvert Trust now offer pampering breaks massage, reiki, reflexology, aromatherapy, hairdressing and manicures.
Theatres
- Northcott Theatre, Exeter theatre which provides full accessibility for all customers with a lift and ramped pathway leading to the main entrance.
- Barnfield Theatre, Exeter theatre with wheelchair access.
- Queens Theatre, Barnstaple and Landmark Theatre, Ilfracombe are North Devon theatres which have access for people with limited mobility, hearing and sight impairment.
- Babbacombe Theatre, Torquay theatre able to cater for people with disabilities, with easy access for people who use wheelchairs and a loop system for hearing aid users.
- Theatre Royal and Drum Threatre, Plymouth lifts to all floors and productions that are audio described, captioned or signed.

Cinema
- Odeon, Exeter offer disability facilities with access.
- Vue, Exeter fully accessible throughout - some screens have wheelchair bays. audio descriptions or subtitles available for some showings.
- Picture House, Exeter adapted counters at kiosk and bars,sloped access to the main door from car park , level access to the bar from the upper car par deck. subtitles and audio description on some english language films.
- Scott Cinema -The Central Cinema, Barnstaple wheelchair accessible, audio description on request and subtitles available on selected perfomances.
- Scott Cinema -The Alexandra, Newton Abbot wheelchair accessible.
- Scott Cinema -The Radway, Sidmouth ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
- Tivoli Cinema, Tiverton accessible to people who use wheelchairs and carers are admitted free.
The Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card a national card valid for 3 years that can be used to verify that the holder is entitled to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema.
Dance
- Beacon Wheelchair Dancers formed in 1986, membership currently stands at 40. They believe that anyone can dance, regardless of any disability that he or she may have and welcome able bodied people or those using walking frames.
The Arts

- Magic Carpet established in 1981 to widen participation in the creative arts by disabled people.
- CEDA promotes independent living skills and learning opportunities in a social context to disabled people in Devon, currently has a wide range of activities which include : visual arts and crafts/pottery, music and drama.
Plus an accessible internet cafe every Wednesday 10am - 1pm. - Kaleido the aim is to open opportunities to all disabled and Deaf people in the South West who wish to participate in the arts.

- Public Rights of Way Easily Accessible Paths show easily accessible paths, which have been chosen to exclude stiles, steps or any obstruction which would cause difficulty to those with limited mobility.
- The South West Coast Path For people with mobility problems wheelchairs or mobility scooters use the tick box, ‘Free from obstacles and steep gradients’ to find a list of walks to suit.

- Disabled Ramblers organise and run a programme of supported disabled rambles each year.
Sensory Gardens
- Sensory garden Buckfast Abbey, Buckfastleigh the emphasis at the three gardens - lavender, sensory and physic - is on providing a place for peace and contemplation.
- Bicclescombe Park, Ilfracombe sensory garden constructed by local community groups with water playing an important role within the park, this provides both sound and light reflection for those with sensory impairments.
- Sensory Trust promotes and implements·an inclusive approach to design and management of outdoor space, ·richer connections between people and place and equality of access for all people, regardless of age, disability or background.

- Flamingo Pool - Axe Valley Swimming & Sports Association, Axminster hydrotherapy pool incorporates underwater pressure jets creating a 'jacuzzi' effect which provides therapeutic effects as well as giving necessary resistance to exercise
- Calvert Trust Exmoor – swimming pool with hydrotherapy and jacuzzi. Accessible steam room and changing rooms.
