- For the purposes of this catalogue descriptions of equipment and their images have been compiled to present a 'generic' view, in order to avoid reference to a specific brand name, manufacturer or supplier. This allows existing stock and future purchases to be provided efficiently and to avoid unnecessary revisions whenever a brand, manufacturer or supplier is changed.
- The generic equipment information is indicative only and technical specifications may vary slightly. If in doubt, prescribing staff should refer to the manufacturer's specification in relation to the specific piece of equipment. Community Equipment Service staff will answer questions and provide further information for prescribing staff where possible.
