The Adult & Community Services (ACS) Public Information & Communication Team exists to support all public information and communication activities throughout the Directorate, work includes:

Matt manages both our internet and intranet sites, and related developments such as the new online Community Directory

Sarah produces any printed material we need for the public, such as leaflets and displays, and she edits Devon Link magazine and is responsible for translations and special needs formats.

Jo & Pauline produce Steller and improve our staff communication channels and intranet content, and support our handling of Freedom of Information queries.
The Senior Officers are supported by Public Information & Communication Officers who maintain Community Directory entries, update the website and help produce our public information. Their information roles in Localities have been rearranged as part of the Business Resources re-organisation and the Customer Service Centre development:
The Section is managed by the Head of Public Information & Communication Paul Giblin who also liaises closely with Devon County Council’s Media Service to ensure our internal and external publicity is properly aligned.
