183 letters of thanks have been received in the last 12 months. This represents an upward trend in number of letters of thanks received.

A concerted effort has been made by the Customer Services Team to ensure Localities inform us of letters of thanks. The increase may well be as a result of this rather than an increase in the number of compliments received.

As in previous years the majority of letters received are from Adult Services Clients / families / Carers.
