When it is agreed that Devon Social Services need to assist you financially in meeting the fees of a residential care or nursing home, then we enter into a contract with you and the chosen home.
There are different rates agreed between Devon Social Services and the various homes, depending on the level of care you need. Definitions of each banding can be found by following the links for each level.
The following rates apply from 1st October 2007:
