Our Devon Sensory Team can advise on appropriate equipment as regards hearing impairment & visual impairment.
There are also Centres that can be visited:
Open Tuesday to Friday 10 am - 1 pm and by appointment at other times.
Has a resource centre with aids and equipment useful to people with a visual impairment including a demonstration kitchen.
Holds occasional courses on microwave cooking.
Open every weekday.
A Devon Social Services drop-in information centre for people with sensory and / or physical disabilities.
