Devon’s Telecare Strategy aims to deliver the Government’s ambitions for telecare and telehealth laid out in the Department of Health (DoH) paper “Building Telecare in England.”  Telecare and telehealth covers equipment (such as detectors, sensors, monitors and alarms) and services (monitoring, call centres and response).
