The team works in partnership with the lead managers for policy within each Division, and with other teams within Strategic and Corporate Services.
Jeff Walsh also has a dual role working within Devon County Council Corporate Teams in relation to hisr area of responsibility.
Many policy projects are time limited with the aim of agreeing and initiating improvement changes in how things are done in the Directorate, so that responsibility for fully implementing and maintaining these changes can be taken on by the appropriate staff and teams within the Directorate.
