The Devon Strategic Partnership for People with Physical and Sensory Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury

In Devon, Adult & Community Services and Devon Primary Care Trust have agreed to plan services for health and social care together and in partnership with patients/service users/carers. The Strategic Partnership is responsible for overseeing the planning of services and to make sure that national guidelines and statutory requirements are put into practice.
