Help for you

Devon Young Carers' Workers

Being a young carer can be very difficult at times, often making it difficult to have friends, keep up with school work or do activities outside of the home, because of the time you put into looking after the person you care for. It is important that you get as much help and support as possible.

Below is a list of people who may be able to offer that help and support. Don't be afraid to ask!!

Each area of Devon has a young carers' worker who can help offer you advice, support and opportunities to have a break from caring and do some fun things. These workers are listed below - choose the one who you think covers your area and contact them, either by phone, email or by writing to them. Don't worry if you get the wrong one as they pass on the information.
