Carers Online was a two-year Project funded by the Government. Devon Social Services was one of the five organisations taking part in the Project.
The Project ended on 30 June 2003 and the Devon Carers Online site is now looked after by Devon County Council Social Services Department, and is called 'Carers In Devon'.
A young carers' site was also set up as 'Devon Young Carers'.
In the Devon part of the Project, we wanted the Devon Young Carers' site to be interesting and fun as well as having helpful information. We, therefore, asked a group of young carers to meet with us and help design the look and content of the site. We think they have done a great job and so a big thanks to them.
