The Devon Cares Information for Carers booklet is available to you as a carer when you join your local Devon Carers Link.

In the booklet you will find important information about the services and support available to you.

The booklet is produced by Carers in Devon, which is made up of social care, health and voluntary organisations, who work together to support carers. You can find out more about Carers in Devon, online at www.carersindevon.org.uk
