Teignbridge Carers Management Group
The aim of this group is to take collective management responsibility for delivering the Teignbridge Locality outcomes for effective carer involvement.
Meetings are to be held every three months, in tandem with the Teignbridge Carers Forum.

- Link Officer "Carers in Devon" Joint Development Team.
Membership
- 4 x Carers nominated by the Teignbridge Carers Forum representing the main carer groups;
- 2 x Carers Workers, one of which should be the Young Carers Worker;
- 4 x Carers/Local Lead Officer from each of the four Social Care Divisions;
- 1 x PCT Carers Lead Officer;
- 1 x PCT Non-executive Member.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To establish and support the Teignbridge Carers Forum, including the provision of adequate administrative support;
- To take forward action recommendations coming from the Teignbridge Carers Forum and monitor progress against them;
- To propose Teignbridge locality-level spending and other priorities in relation to carers for agreement by the Teignbridge Carers Forum;
- To monitor and review the working process of the Teignbridge Carers Forum, in conjunction with the wider membership of the Forum.
