Doing it Online will make it easier to access council services with online facilities. These may include making a payment, requesting a service, reporting a problem or making an enquiry. This could be on the internet, via computers, mobile phones or digital televisions. It could also mean over the telephone, or face to face in one stop shops.
In order to maintain and update the on-line services, some minor work may be carried out on Wednesday evenings between 18.00 and 19.00. For a short time during this period you may receive a message to say that an online service is not available at that time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
