Report Writing Service
Scomis offers a report writing service to help schools obtain the information they want from SIMS.net in the format they want. Reports can be designed to produce results in MS Excel, MS Word, CSV, text, HTML, mail merge or analysis. Results can be restricted to a particular field, group or date range, and allow you to enter this information at the time of running the report. We will undertake to send your report to you within 10 working days and there is a minimum charge of £120. This price is based on the estimated time it will take to create the report(s) and includes possible re-writes if the software changes within the supported period. The report/s will be maintained against changes for three major SIMS upgrades. On extremely complex reports, additional work may be charged at £60 per hour but we will contact you by phone to discuss this with you if necessary and no charges will be incurred without your prior approval. In either situation, if you are happy to go ahead, we will design the report(s), e-mail them to you and contact you to make sure they are running correctly.
