Please put as much detail as you can. You may want to include details of any voluntary work or fund-raising they have done, any responsibilities they have taken on or any projects they have been involved in. If you are nominating a young person who has had an important personal journey please tell us about any challenges they have faced, any work they have done to develop their skills and gain qualifications and training, or how they have been an inspiration to other young people. We will judge the nomination on the information you give us here so please tell us as much as you can.
