Asset Management Plan (AMP)

In reference to the LEA letter dated September 2003, we would like to draw your attention to the following guidelines. BB82 - Area Guidelines for Schools - offers guidance on the recommended areas for schools, both internally and externally, and covers the curriculum analysis process. Have any changes been made to your school buildings?

It is important that the Asset Management Plan (AMP) data are kept up to date and reflect any changes made within your school. For example this may include changing the use of a room or undertaking building alterations. Any changes can be notified to the Local Education Authority using a dedicated email address :- amp@devon.gov.uk

In addition to may be undertaking work at your school through direct delegated funding. If this is the case please would you complete and return the School Building Alteration - Proposal Form. This form can also be found as appendix 10 of the Local Policy Statement December 2002 image - PDF icon (17KB - pdf help).
