3. Key Influences

Priorities for CYPS have been laid out in the CYPS Business Plan, the CYPP and the Raising Achievement Plan (RAP). Other corporate influences are the Corporate ICT Strategy, the customer data strategy, the property utilisation project, the green agenda, the drive for efficiency rising from the Gershon Review and budget constraints.

The table shows the relationship between each of these plans and the CYPS ICT Strategy.
