Funds have been made available by Devon County Council and the DfES to assist in maintaining, and in the development of childcare provision for 0 -14 (16 for children with special needs) year olds in each district. This is to support existing groups and to aid the development of new groups/projects that aim to provide childcare places. It also includes related activities such as opportunity groups and family education, Parent and Toddler Groups.
