How to find us

• By Car

From Junction 30 of the M5, follow the signs for Services.

At  the Services roundabout, use left hand lane to take the 1st exit (at traffic signals)

Continue forward on the Sidmouth Road, though another set of traffic signals and underneath the railway bridge to Middlemoor Roundabout.

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Rydon Lane and use right hand lane.

After footbridge get into right hand filter lane at the traffic signals.

Turn right into Peninsula park, first left and left again into the car park.

Estuary House is immediately in front of you.

Devon Pension Services is situated on the ground floor, on the right hand side through the main entrance doors.

• By Bus

There are two possible bus routes, operated by Stagecoach, to bring you to Peninsula Park from Exeter High Street -

               Service H2

- Leaves the High Street, follows a route through Heavitree/Rifford Road/Broadfields/Pynes Hill, before terminating at the Tesco superstore at Digby. If using this service, you will need to ask the bus driver to stop at Peninsula Park, which is BEFORE the stop for Pynes Hill. Our offices are in the building immediately across the road from the bus stop.

               Service D

Follows a more direct route from the High Street (avoiding the trip around the housing estates), going through Heavitree on the way to the Park & Ride and train station at Digby before terminating at the Tesco superstore. Get off at the railway station and follow the instructions below.

• By Train

Digby & Sowton is the nearest railway station.Use the First Great Western service from Barnstaple to Exmouth.This service stops at both of the city centre railway stations - Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central. Please consult the service provider for further details.

Use  the station footbridge to cross the railway line. Walk across the station car park towards the park across the road. Enter the park and keep on the path that leads towards the houses. Follow the path around to the left nearest the houses.

Stay on this footway, bearing right until you need to cross the road (Heraldry Way). Cross to the other side of the road, turn left and continue straight on until you reach the dual carriage way at the traffic signals. Use the pedestrian crossing to cross to the entrance to Peninsula Park. Follow the road around to the left and you will see Estuary House as the first building on your left.
