• Fremington to Instow along the Tarka Trail
• Morte Point – lovely views on the Coast Path, a chance to see seals
• Stoke to Hartland Quay – south along the Coast Path to Spekes Mill, back inland along tracks to Stoke
• Hartland Point to Hartland Quay (nice pub along the way)
• Horns Cross via Peppercombe along the Coast Path, Abbotsham Cliff, Rocky Lane and to a nice pub in Abbotsham Village
• Clovelly to Marsland Mouth
• Watersmeet to Brendon and back for a cup of tea and a slice of cake at the café
• Along Baggy Point, Croyde
• Blue Boar pub Countisbury Common, along the Coast Path, Glenthorne, Old Barrow and back. Scenic and Coastal Views and a nice pub.
• River Torridge walk around Torrington
• Combe Martin along the Coast Path to the Great Hangman
• Instow – along the waterfront collecting seaweed for compost in the garden!
• Dunkery Beacon, Exmoor
• Stoke Down to the coast
• Hartland Quay to Spekes Mill to the church at Stoke and back to the quay.
• Abbotsham Cliffs
• River Barle from Withypool to Tar Steps, along the Two Moors Way
• Heddons Mouth circular walk
• Puffing Billy, Torrington to Tadiport, to Town Mills along the river.
• Marmshead to the Doone Valley upon Exmoor
