Valley of the Rocks (Lynton)

Relatively flat car parking and accessible toilets lead to a section of coastal paths that is not ideal for vertigo sufferers! About 1 mile in length with regular stops to sit and enjoy the stunning views. Nearby in Lynton is the world famous Cliff Railway. This railway has connected Lynton with Lynmouth since 1890, and provides some spectacular views. It is possible for normal wheelchairs to be accommodated on the outside platform but the ride can only be accessed at the bottom station - so visitors will ride up and down. Wheelchairs are available on free loan from the Exmoor National Park office near to Lynmouth Cliff Railway station.
