The proposed street furniture is based on matching the style of furniture that has already been used in Cathedral Close. For example the lighting will match the exisiting Victorian style columns or wall mounted brackets. Where is is necessary to introduce bollards to exclude traffic or restrict access, it is proposed to use bollards made from natural stone to complement the paving materials. The adjoining photographs illustrate the style of bollard that could be used in granite or Yorkstone.
