How to make a Planning Application for a Minerals Development

As Minerals and Waste Planning Authority, Devon County Council is responsible for deciding all planning applications for minerals development.

To make an application for a minerals related development you may either:

  • Download copies of the Application Forms, or
  • Request paper copies of the application forms and Guidance Notes by contacting the County Council at the address and telephone number shown at the bottom of the page.
