How to make a Planning Application for a Minerals Development
As Minerals and Waste Planning Authority, Devon County Council is responsible for deciding all planning applications for minerals development.
Before making a planning application, applicants are strongly recommended to carry out a pre-application discussion with an Officer of the County Council. For further details, please follow the links below:
To make an application for a minerals related development you may either:
- Download copies of the Application Forms, or
- Request paper copies of the application forms and Guidance Notes by contacting the County Council at the address and telephone number shown at the bottom of the page.
