Minerals and Waste Development Scheme
The Minerals and Waste Development Scheme sets out the programme for the preparation of the different documents that together will form the County Council's Minerals and Waste Development Framework. The Second Revision of the Scheme was published in 2007 and can be accessed through the following link:

Please note that progress on the documents identified in the Second Revision has been delayed, and Devon County Council is preparing a further revision. In the meantime, the anticipated key milestones for the Minerals and Waste Core Strategies are provided below.

Publication (Regulation 27) - Autumn 2011
Submission (Regulation 30) - end 2011
Adoption - end 2012
Waste Core Strategy
Issues and Options (Regulation 25) - April to July 2011
