How to make a Planning Application for the County Council's Own Development
The County Council is responsible for issuing planning permissions for its own developments.

Online Planning Application for County Council's Own Development
- Full planning permission
- Outline planning permission with some matters reserved
- Outline planning permission with all matters reserved
- Approval of reserved matters following outline approval
- Planning permission and conservation area consent for demolition in a conservation area
- Removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission
- Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use or operation or activity including those in breach of a planning condition
- Lawful Development Certificate for a proposed use or development
- Approval of details reserved by condition
Alternatively, you can complete a County Council Development Planning Application Form (Form F1) together with a General Planning Application Form (Form GA1). Copies of both these forms, together with Guidance Notes for completion, may be viewed or downloaded by following the links below:

If your proposal would alter, extend or demolish all or part of a listed building, you should contact the Development Control Section at an early stage to see if Listed Building Consent is needed. If consent is required, you will need to submit an Application for Listed Building Consent (Form LB1). A copy of the form, together with Guidance Notes for its completion, may be viewed or downloaded by following the links below.
Similarly, if you wish to demolish all or part of a non-listed building or structure within a Conservation Area, you should contact the Development Control Section at an early stage to establish whether Conservation Area Consent is needed. If consent is required, you will need to submit an Application for Conservation Area Consent. A copy of the form may be viewed or downloaded by following the links below:
