To replace the adopted Minerals and Waste Local Plans, Devon County Council will prepare a Minerals and Waste Development Framework which will be a 'portfolio' containing several separate documents:

• Minerals and Waste Development Scheme Second Revision (573KB - pdf help), setting out the programme for production of the different documents (please note that progress on the production of these documents has been delayed, and the County Council is intending to prepare a further revision of the Development Scheme; in the meantime, further advice on the timetable for document preparation can be obtained through the contact details below)
• Statement of Community Involvement, proposing the methods of involving the community in the preparation of the Framework
• Annual Monitoring Report, assessing performance in implementing the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme and the adopted policies
• Minerals Development Documents
• Waste Development Documents
