The Stover Show on 20th August was a huge success – the car park was at full capacity all afternoon, there was a good attendance for the fun dog show and agility, some lovely photo’s were entered in the photography competition, and there was plenty to see and do with the various stalls, games and crafts.
Stover's second show in 10 years was kindly opened by the Mayor of Newton Abbot, Councillor Daphne Watts. The weather was kind to the show. Forecast had suggested that rain was on the way, fortunately it held off.
We would like to thank all the groups and individuals who held stalls, demonstrations and workshops at the show.
Last but not least, we would like to thank those who volunteered and help set up and ensured the day ran smoothly as well as those who attended and supported Stover's show.
