The Grand Western Canal Joint Advisory Committee will be meeting at the Mid-Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Tiverton on Tuesday 4th March 2008, at 7pm. The public are welcome to attend this meeting and there is a public question time programmed for the first 30 minutes to address any questions you may have.

The Grand Western Canal Joint Advisory Committee supports and encourages an active partnership between all of the bodies involved and co-ordinating management across all activities of the Grand Western Canal. The management of the Grand Western Canal is co-ordinated by the Tiverton Area Highway Management Office on behalf of Devon County Council.

The Joint Advisory Committee represents the main mechanism for the co-ordination of advice and the collation of local views relating to the management and maintenance of the canal.
