There has been real progress since the Plan was launched in 2001, but the world is changing and so too are the challenges facing the County. Taking a fresh look at the priorities for Devon’s communities will ensure that the Council continues to deliver quality public services and is able to demonstrate strong community leadership in touch with people’s needs.
